Hereby a sniper rifle scope Hensoldt-Wezlar, Dialyt 4x from the first world war from my collection. I think it is from the year 1914. with its leather pouch or container, definitely from 1915 (see photos). The riflescope is a Dialyt 4x with reticle 1. The lenses are in good condition for their age, but sure, not as good as new. It has a mounting upper part, as shown in the pictures. The ZF is not restored but in the original condition. The special Prism design of the rifle scope later found their successful application in the Hensoldt Dialyt, the prism scope developed from 1906 by Hensoldts' youngest son Carl.
