Beautiful Franklin Mint, Millennium Sword. Limited edition in connection with the millennium change in the year 2000, very rare and difficult to obtain. Handle of Silver rings, and the rest is 24 karat gold plated. The blade is etched on both sides with large - often military - events in the history of mankind, and all the major battles and such on it. On the top of the knob is a 3D hologram, in which the globe is displayed. Please note: one of the curls at the handle has been broken at the top and (invisibly) glued. Furthermore, the holographic "disk" on the front (between the curls) is no longer original, previously there was an image of the man of Vesuvius by Leonardo Da Vinci (see separate picture for an example) also the stainless steel blade here and there has some tiny spots. The wall plate is a little retouched here and there in the golden ribbon. Sizes: the sword is 107 cm long and 30 cm wide, and the (original) wall holder measures 140 x 49 cm. The total lot weighs 7 kilograms without packaging! It is - obviously carefully packed - shipped via UPS, due to the height and weight.
