Bernard Carré is a manufacturer of framework from Montreuil in the Paris suburbs, who used to work for adults, particularly in the 50’s (Jacques Anquetil)
A very lightweight classic in Vitus.
Italian style chrome.
Despite a few marks left by time, it is to be restored, but nothing unrecoverable just a good thorough cleaning job for it to recover its former glare.
