This is a very rare pink purple amethyst geode pair with two chambers each in different colours and an ingrown phantom calcite. The pink quartz areas are partly formed as double-ender crystals.
It is very rare that amethyst geodes form two different chambers (air bubbles), which then also have different colours. Pink coloured amethyst or pink quartz in crystalline form is extremely rare.
The edge consists of a wide layer of rock crystal and blue grey agate. It has been cut and polished, the crystals inside glitter and glow strongly and have not been enhanced. The amethyst geode is an approx. 100 million year old gas bubble of a volcano.
