This antique bronze keg looks like a holy-water font. Possibly from Flanders or Germany from the seventeenth century. It's made of cast bronze. In the bottom there’s a small dot and circular chisel stripes, suggesting that it is finished on a lathe.
Weight: 464 grams
Height: 10 cm
Diameter: 6 cm
Two small chips off the edge and one off the eye. Also two small chips off from the bottom. This is appropriate for its age. Furthermore, a handle is missing.
The keg smells like perfume, so it may have had a different function recently.
The keg has a beautiful and intact patina.
The keg will be properly packaged and shipped registered.
