A natural banded honey agate rectangular bead talisman from the ancient Persian culture.

First Millennium AD.

In good condition. It has been cleaned in a tumbler, so its surface is shiny and smooth, but the nice antique patina is preserved. Original, ancient, hand cutting, carving and grinding. The holes are ancient, hand-made, irregular. Traces of use and age on its surface.

Purchased mid 90's in Paris by Dr. Zelnik on the local art market.
