I told two of my customers that your watch was sent to another customer because the courier company arranged the address barcodes incorrectly. I contacted that customer and asked him to send you the watch. The watch you ordered will be sent to you. You also need to send him your watch. If you change the watches the problem will be solved. So I offered you a second option, I told you that you could return the watch and get your money back, but you did not accept.
