Un des tubes en verre ne peut être vissé car la vis se trouve juste à la hauteur du cercle métallique perforé. Sur la photo de l’annonce cette vis se trouve environ à 1,5 cm de ce cercle. 28 mars!!!!

The lamp you received is the lamp I offered that is in the photo. It is a unique lamp. To prevent damage to the glass sleeves, I unscrewed them and enclosed them well-packed in a separate box. If the screw ball does not exactly reach the hole in the tube when screwing, you can push the perforated iron cylinder slightly to the side so that it comes together. This should be easy to fix. When unscrewing I also had to push it slightly to the side. Good luck with this beautiful lamp. Underhanded to make this comment after I had explained to you how to easily install this. Fortunately, there are also many satisfied buyers.

Dear Muriel. This is a touch lamp. The lamp turns on when it is placed on a table or cupboard and you tap the lamp base with your hand. Tap brighter light again or off mode. If the lamp still does not work, the light bulb must have failed during transport. Enjoy these beautiful designer lamps. Kind regards, Henk
