The catawiki platform was informed that the seller was recovered for urgent surgery and informed that was not able to deliver for sometime any products. That's the reason of the silence. I bought I glas vase from fendi. and I got a letter to say accindentaly they had damaged the vase ... it was a little chip. instantly . they offered me a "similar"murano. nice try... but not with me .

I showed you the picture of the damaged side of the vase during packing, and offered an alternative (Fendi Murano collection) would you have preferred me to deliver with chips?! I apologize for the inconvenience but I don’t understand such comment.

The seller was a really nice and polite person. The armchair was as described perfecly packed. There was an issue with the shipping company but it was not related with the seller or the product.
