I have bought won an armchair and the seller didnt send it. He answered a message in the weekend and promised me the checking of the transportation, but never texted me anything back.

The catawiki platform was informed that the seller was recovered for urgent surgery and informed that was not able to deliver for sometime any products. That's the reason of the silence. Your bid was refunded on 02.07.2024 in order to avoid money hold back for a too long period of time. I Apologize for the inconvenience.  Soon the product will be available for a new auction and if you still want it you can make a new offer.

Bicchiere molto bello ben imballato ma il servizio clienti direi molto scarso mi sono dovuta arrangiare per trovare e ritirare l’oggetto 

Mi dispiace per il disagio e questa recensione non sincera. Al passaggio il corriere non l’ha trovata e depositato il prodotto presso un fermo point vicino. Le ho dato supporto per tutto il tempo.

Emballage extérieur de très bonne qualité, étant dans un cadre en bois, par contre le carton ayant été tassé, l abajour est arrivé dégradé, dommage

I bought I glas vase from fendi. and I got a letter to say accindentaly they had damaged the vase ... it was a little chip. instantly . they offered me a "similar"murano. nice try... but not with me .

I showed you the picture of the damaged side of the vase during packing, and offered an alternative (Fendi Murano collection) would you have preferred me to deliver with chips?!  I apologize for the inconvenience but I don’t understand such comment. 

Arrived in due time, very well packed and in excellent condition!

The seller was a really nice and polite person. The armchair was as described perfecly packed.
There was an issue with the shipping company but it was not related with the seller or the product.
