I have bought won an armchair and the seller didnt send it. He answered a message in the weekend and promised me the checking of the transportation, but never texted me anything back.

The catawiki platform was informed that the seller was recovered for urgent surgery and informed that was not able to deliver for sometime any products. That's the reason of the silence. Bicchiere molto bello ben imballato ma il servizio clienti direi molto scarso mi sono dovuta arrangiare per trovare e ritirare l’oggetto 

Mi dispiace per il disagio e questa recensione non sincera. Al passaggio il corriere non l’ha trovata e depositato il prodotto presso un fermo point vicino. Le ho dato supporto per tutto il tempo.
