nella descr. si parla di una scatola sigillata da cui è stato costruito l'oggetto. poi si dice che è stato smontato e messo in sacchetti. Mi arrivano 2sacchi senza scatola e dice di avere ragione lui

Yes, photos don't include the box. Description doesn't mention the box as being part of the lot. Just that the set was built from a sealed box. Also, when uploading the product, I only claim to add the instructions, not also the box. Standard procedure. Also, the set, already built, would not fit in the box. Logic! After your claim, I sent you a link to a bricklink seller from your country, where you can buy the box for less than 1 Euro. Trying to help. Sorry that all the help was for nothing. Returning the product because the box is not included makes no sense, since the courier is more expensive than the price you paid for the Lego set.
de doos ziet eruit alsof er stevig mee is gegooid. Dit had kunnen verkomen als het steviger was verpakt.

I understand that the box did not look in it's best shape. Unfortunately the box was already damaged, prior to delivery. So we did not spend more for extra packing. You paid 3 Euro for the set. How much of it should have been invested in the packing? I am sorry that the box was important to you, too. Most clients care about the set and the booklet. We will learn to ask about the importance of the box in the future.

The item was basically mistreated. The packaging was made in a way that it ruined the lego set I purchased the moment I tried to open it. That's not the way to treat any selling item.

Hello Aniello Grazioso. I am sorry for the bad experience you had. Could you be more specific regarding the problem? What do you mean, that you damage the Lego box when you open the cardboard box we use for the shipping? Are they not two separate boxes? The Lego box was already lightly damaged, as seen in the photos of the auction.
De doos is niet in zeer goede staat afgeleverd. De doos die gekozen was om het object in te steken was van hetzelfde formaat als de legodoos. Alle impact direkt op legodoos met wat schade tot gevolg

I am sorry for the bad experience. We cannot control the way a package is handled. As a common practice, if the box arrives damaged, please open a claim with the courier before receiving it. And take some photos of the box. If you have this proof, please send the photos via email and i will do this for you.
