    Beautiful, swift shipping. But it was so dusty, everywhere I lay it, it left a pile of silt. It’s as if it had been left in a building yard for a few years. Took 2 hours of vacuuming clean it.

    I'm glad you like the rug. I'm sorry you found it dusty. We cleaned and especially sanitized it in several steps, but some dust may still remain. This happens to us too when we take our rugs to the cleaner; even the experts can't always remove all the dust. Sometimes so many steps would be necessary that the cleaning would cost much more than the carpet itself (which was offered here at a very reasonable price). We apologize and confirm that these are exceptions to the rule regarding carpets for which we are unable to carry out so many typing steps. We will try to be even more careful.. Kind Regards
