Beautiful, swift shipping. But it was so dusty, everywhere I lay it, it left a pile of silt. It’s as if it had been left in a building yard for a few years. Took 2 hours of vacuuming clean it.

I'm glad you like the rug. I'm sorry you found it dusty. We cleaned and especially sanitized it in several steps, but some dust may still remain. This happens to us too when we take our rugs to the cleaner; even the experts can't always remove all the dust. Sometimes so many steps would be necessary that the cleaning would cost much more than the carpet itself (which was offered here at a very reasonable price). We apologize and confirm that these are exceptions to the rule regarding carpets for which we are unable to carry out so many typing steps.

Unique Objects

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.


Double bid

It may appear that the same bid has been placed by two different bidders. This can occur if someone places a bid in another currency which is then rounded to the same amount as the previous bid in %{local_currency}.
