I'm very sorry you're not happy with the protection I've used. I used new, clean, standard bubble wrap. I specified the condition of the box in my description. You accuse without proof (I have no photos from you) which should be the basis of a complaint knowing the professional that you are. I'm not responsible for the quality of the transport, but I can assure you that I did what was necessary to protect the bottle and its packaging. Regarding my lack of response, I'm really sorry that I don't check my emails while I'm on holiday.
