I'm very sorry you're not happy with the protection I've used. I used new, clean, standard bubble wrap. I specified the condition of the box in my description. You accuse without proof (I have no photos from you) which should be the basis of a complaint knowing the professional that you are. I'm not responsible for the quality of the transport, but I can assure you that I did what was necessary to protect the bottle and its packaging.
Regarding my lack of response, I'm really sorry that I don't check my emails while I'm on holiday.

Unique Objects

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.

It may appear that the same bid has been placed by two different bidders. This can occur if someone places a bid in another currency which is then rounded to the same amount as the previous bid in %{local_currency}.
