Dear mrs. To, Again I address to you concerning the Royal Worcester Service you bought via Catawiki. When buying the service I let you know via email that sending the items without the gift boxes could be done for the costs that were mentioned. I also gave you the alternative pricing when shipped including those boxes (lot of volume). I asked you to search for a solution on this and you let me know you want to cancel the order because of this. After a few days you let me know that you have found a way to collect and ship and you send me the shipping details. I have packed everything, including the original gift boxes as carefully as possible (and I always pack very carefully as you can read in the comments on Catawiki). Following on that I had to make 3 pick up appointments with your ‘shipper’ and had to stay at home 2 times a whole day so that they could pick up the two big boxes. Of course it is to bad that you received some goods damaged but I have to point out that that is really the risk of shipping. I also have mentioned to you earlier that you probably have to claim on the insurance of the shipping company. The value of the service was mentioned on the shipping papers. So because of the way of packing and shipping on your own risk I can not help you out. The costs of packaging more boxes and staying home from work on your behalf exceed the mentioned shipping price by far. However I want to make a gesture to pay you back 40 euro’s of the original packaging and shipping fee. Again, I’m sorry this shipment turned out so negative for you. I hope to hear from you soon. Pakket in goede orde ontvangen.Was zeer zorgvuldig ingepakt, Heb 13.50E aan verzendkosten betaald,terwijl het pakket voor 8.60E,verzonden is.De vazen zijn overigens prachtig.

Het spijt me te horen dat er iets gebroken is in de reis naar Italië. Wij verpakken onze objecten altijd met de grootste zorg en leveren, zoals op de foto's te zien, objecten in goede staat. Ook deze objecten voldeden daar aan bij het versturen. Er kleeft natuurlijk altijd een risico aan het op laten sturen van porselein.
