the lot was not good packaged so one of the pieces came broke in many parts really it was very bad packaged not proctected at all .... I want my money back

Dear, I'm very sorry that your purchase arrived partially damaged. This was certainly not the intention. It's a shame for this beautiful glassware. I'm new to packing crystal glassware, and I did my best to do this as well as possible. Apparently, it still needed improvement. I understand your request for compensation, and in order to reach an agreement, I kindly request that you email the following photos: - Photo of the broken pieces - Photo of the intact pieces - Photo of the packaging/box and any damage - Photo of the packing label You can email these to eddy.delaeter@gmail.com.
