Cloth woven with the songket technique The iridescent, silk cloth is red and aubergine with yellow and has an additional weft thread of gold (supplementary weft).
The two halves of the badan (body) have a lighter and darker aubergine coloured, weft thread. That colour difference can be seen very well on the back side. The badan has a plaid pattern with six lanes. With flowers made in the diamonds. There are two types of flowers, including the lotus. In the heart of the flowers an additional colour is woven, which can be seen particularly well on the back.
The Kepala (head) has tumpals and a rectangular piece with a (smaller) plaid pattern, which is filled with flowers. An border with flowers has been woven between the badan and tumpal . The fabric has ornamental borders on the outside, that consist of multiple strips with flowers and geometric patterns.
There are four rings on one of the long sides, of which one has been attached with an extra piece of fabric. The cloth was used as a tapestry.
The cloth has been used and therefore somewhat discoloured on the front.
