This is an authentic print who was in all the mayors of France from 1919. The majority of these prints were destroyed or commandeered during the occupation of France by the German army in 1940.

Print of the signature of the Armistice of 1918 in the saloon carriage of Marshal Foch. Behind the table, from right to left, general Weygand, Marshal Foch (standing) and British admirals Rosslyn Wemyss and G. Hope. In front, the German State Minister Matthias Erzberger, the major general Detlof von Winterfeldt (with helmet) of the Imperial Army, count Alfred von Oberndorff of Foreign Affairs and Captain Ernst Vanselow of the Imperial Navy.
The armistice, signed on November 11, 1918, at 5h15, mark the end of the battles of the first war world (1914-1918), the Allied victory and the capitulation of Germany.
The ceasefire is effective at eleven, resulting in all France bells and bugles ringtones announcing the end of a war that claimed more than 18 million dead and millions of disabled or maimed.

Later in 1919, at Versailles, they will sign the Treaty of Versailles.
