Silversmith hallmark Fecarotta: Nicola Fecarotta was the official silversmith of Francis I, Duke of Bourbon. The Fratelli Fecarotta was founded in 1860 by Giovanni F. and it’s still active (see photo # 25).
The silver-handled knives have no marks and show signs of wear on the blades, in particular small dents are visible on the top of the handle, which however do not alter significantly their shape, (see picture n. 20).
The two large knives need to be re-welded on the handle: see picture n.16
We kindly advise to carefully examine the pictures for a clear idea of the condition of the service.
