It has a focal length of 1100 mm (actual focal length: 1084 mm) and a maximum aperture of f/10.5. It is 278 mm long, has a diameter of the 138 mm and weighs 3.6 kg. Features a 39 mm or 42 mm screw mount lens, it comes in a leather case with three filters, lens caps and the lens. It has a built-in lens cap. In very nice condition, exterior in perfect condition as well as the glass surface. The 3 huge filters (orange, green and UV) are all standard in this lens. A unique lens support was made for mounting it on a tripod. A good tripod is essential for this lens. There is also a adapter for small and large wire connection from the nut of the tripod. Optically a miracle of sharpness provided you have a sturdy tripod. Fixed aperture so that just the shutter speeds and ISO/ASA setting are the variables for exposure. The connection is M42 (or M39), but this lens is equipped with a Canon FD-mount. By removing it, this lens can also be used, through a proper adapter (widely available) for other brands such as Nikon, Pentax, Fuji, Olympus etc. The Canon AE-1 has not been tested for functionality, however it shows the connection on the lens.
