Extremely rare Dinky Toys nummer 24k Peugeot 402 1938. As all connoisseurs know this sedan version has - just like the taxi version - the hole in front of the left door for the taxi sign. This is the pre war model without bottom plate and so with the text “Meccano Dinky Toys fab. en France” die cut on the inside of the roof. This model has the original wheels and the original front bumper (so no replicas) and is without metal fatigue. The car has not been stripped of its paint, but that has peeled off over time.
