Wonderful multicoloured Porceleyne Fles wall plate, wonderfully detailed with gorgeous colours. The decorative birds are lovely made and it has a marvellous edge. This is a complete set. It has the most sought-after decor with flowers and birds of paradise. ‘Polychrome’ is the title for Delft pottery by De Porceleyne Fles of which the main colours are yellow, green red and blue. These originally majolica colours were already widely used in the 17th century. The plate is signed and numbered on the rear. It is also provided with the logo of De Porceleyne Fles.
