Eicher is a brand that was founded in 1934, but it wasn’t until after the Second World War that it began to produce tractors in series. It was the first manufacturer to use an air-cooled, directly injected, diesel engine in a tractor. This is one of the first ones that were built. Full options vehicle. This ES201 is specially made for vineyards and suchlike. Because of its very narrow size and very manoeuvrable turning radius, it is very unique and handy for this type of work. This ES201 was bought new in 1962 by its first French owner. This owner used the tractor for viticulture work. This owner planned to do everything with this tractor. Which is why he selected all of the options for this Eicher that were available back in 1962. Including a power take-off which works very well! Lifting device with dual hydraulic cylinders.
