Up for auction is this Mercedes LAF 3229 including Gulashkanone trailer (Field kitchen). Year of manufacture 1961. 4x4 It has a European Polish registration with license plates. A very nice and neat fire truck. The vehicle starts and drives perfectly, you can drive away with it. The lighting, etc, work. The interior wood is still neat and sleek. It has a strong body and chassis! Ideal for converting into a food truck or camper, or use it with an open loading platform. This fire truck has a water pump which has not been tested because of the cold to avoid damage. The body has some rust spots which is common with these models. A very nice and special item with history. The trailer (field kitchen) is from FKU 180/72M. Year of manufacture 1987 Not entirely complete, the burners are missing but these can still be found. You can use it with wood. Nice trailer for doing it up. The trailer has no documentation! It can be viewed and if necessary picked up in Lommel, Belgium.
