A one-off museum piece is perhaps the only accurate description for this 1984 Volkswagen T3 Caravelle van with only 19,600 km... The engine starts straight away and the van brakes, steers, shifts and drives great. Delivered new in Italy to a hotel to pick up guests from the station, the van was bought by a German collector a few years later and has been in a collection ever since. It currently has German papers and an H-Zulassung. It is a very luxurious Caravelle GL version with lots of seats, armrests, headrests, luxurious velour upholstery, all in extraordinarily beautiful and original condition. It also has an original radio as well as a 5-speed gearbox. The original booklet is included and the best part is the large steel sliding roof from the factory. The two-colour finish was also delivered ex factory and the van still has the original paint. Everything in very good, virtually new condition with only minimal, negligible signs of wear.
