Original Jeep Wrangler YJ delivered new in the Netherlands in 4.0i High Output version. This Wrangler was built in 1994, it is 27 years old. Due to circumstances, the Jeep has been kept in storage for the last 8 years. A very nice original, not raised or converted Wrangler! Just now equipped with a new ignition coil, distributor cap, rotor, spark plugs, pick-up plate in ignition, etc. It runs like a charm again! And it sounds nice, that 6-cylinder in-line engine! Straight away good oil pressure on a cold start (see photo). The clutch and brakes also work, including the handbrake. However, they will have to be checked after standing still for 8 years, the brakes stick somewhat. The 4x4 gearbox works, the low and high gears engage. Originally delivered with LPG, but that was removed years ago. However, this is still mentioned on the registration certificate. The original booklets and part of the maintenance history are included. The chassis is very hard, the body has a few spots all around which is typical for a Wrangler. Nothing dramatic, by the way. The Jeep has of course a soft-top from Best-top and even a hardtop and a bullbar. The soft-top is complete, it looks dusty, but it has spent the last 8 years in the attic together with the hardtop. The Wrangler has 5 original alloy wheels and an additional steel spare wheel with tyre. The tyres still have good tread despite their age.
