Fully hallmarked with Birmingham assay office marks, 9 and 375 for 9ct gold and date letter q for year 1915-1916. Maker's mark W&F.R for W & F Rabone (Walter Hayes Rabone & Frank Rabone) of Birmingham. Length 5cm. Weight 2.33g. Condition: the seed pearls show some signs of age, otherwise the brooch is in excellent condition; cleaned in a jewellery cleaning bath and ready to wear; please refer to the photos for detail.
