During fermentation, they are pressed in lagares, the Quinta's traditional stone tanks. It is full and rich in the mouth with fresh blackberry and red plum notes. Despite the hallmark Graham’s sweetness in the mouth the finish is long and clean. NOT shipped in OWC! the fill level of all 4 bottles is unfortunately not visible due to the black opaque bottles! Therefore every bottle was weighted on a scale. Result can be seen on the last 4 pictures
