A figure in a priestly robe, in ritual activity, marks the boundaries of a new Roman colony plowing with a bull and cow. The area to be settled had the area marked by the plow from sunrise to sunset. It was approximately 25-30 km2, which was divided into 10-12 hectare plots. The area for urban and defensive development was designated separately.
