Rare strips cut out from Hearst newspapers featuring Cicero Sapp. This bundle contains 212 strips, size 33x9cm, published between March 26, 1921 and December 31, 1921. The strips are in very good condition, wrinkles, tears, flaking and missing pieces may occur, look at the photos for details. Fred H. Locher was a comic artist from Los Angeles. He took correspondence courses at the Landon School of illustrating and cartooning and was signed on to draw for Hearst newspapers. He drew the daily comic strip 'Cicero Sapp' from 1921 to 1928.
