Three internet quotes:
1. Very nice stuff indeed. Heavy psych blues-rock with a very british sound, it sounds like a mix of Cream with Ten Years After, Taste, Fleetwood Mac, and heavier, early 70's stuff like Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Toe Fat and Ancient Grease.
2. In many ways, very similar album to the one by Orang-Utan: Uk band with US-only release, issued in early 70's by 60's survivors, and in very similar style, Hard-Blues Rock of the highest calibre. If you like Free, Black Cat Bones, very early Black Sabbath or Ten Years After in Watt/Cricklewood Green, this one is for you.
3. Overall, Jodo's "Guts" is really good; this was a one-album deal, and it's kind of elusive. Probably the heaviest pure blues-rock album I've heard. It's like Mountain, but heavier, or Cactus, but better. I would definitely recommend it
