Since only a small number were distributed, the amount of circulation is small, making it a very rare item. The stand shown in the photo to stand up the plate is also included. There are no cracks, chips, or damage to the plates. However, since it is a very old product, it has signs of use commensurate with the model year. I have wiped off as much dirt as possible, but there is a thin stain all over the dark blue part of the plate that cannot be removed. The size is measured by hand.
