Bitter Elaborated by the Matter-Luginbuehl distillery from the original 1860 recipe of the Bitter of Turin, this aperitif is the result of an infusion of herbs, roots and aromatic plants, among which are the bitter orange, gymthe, gentian and rhubarb. To be tasted fresh, with soda or together with a sparkling wine. Kina L'Aéro d'Or reflects an Alpine-Provenzal style with a white wine at its base obtained from the courteous grapes grown in Piedmont, infused at a later date with ink bark, orange peel, wormwood and other exotic spices. It has a beautiful intense golden color with a cotton apple aroma and fine jam, the taste is therefore slightly bitter overall but at the same time it teases the tongue as it is well tempered at the end. Ideal for the preparation of cocktails, but also pleasant if served at low temperature, to accompany happy hours and pre-dinners.
