Manual harvest with maniacal selection of the grapes. Fermentation in steel vats with 10-15 day maceration. Aging in barriques, 70% new, for about 18 months, with assembly of the grapes after the first 12 months of aging, and final stop in the bottle for a further 12 months. A mythical wine, a must in every self-respecting cellar.
