Solaia 2019 is a Tuscany IGT wine made with a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 75%, Sangiovese 20%, Cabernet Franc 5% The grapes from the Solaia vineyard reached complete maturation in the months of September and October which had ideal climatic conditions; on the one hand the sunny and warm days and on the other strong temperature variations between day and night have allowed an excellent but slow evolution of the grapes, requiring the Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes more days to refine maturation. The harvests were concentrated in the first twenty days of October. The quality of the grapes harvested and brought to the cellar was of a high standard, both from a health and qualitative point of view, so much so that it bodes well for a very important vintage.
