Marvelous XXL Serving Platter produced by Herend - “Chinese Bouquet “ Collection, Apponyi Pink, complex model, with one main peony bouquet in the middle, and 4 other bouquets, smaller, in interior, as well as 6 other different flowers on the entourage, all magnificent hand painted. Simpler models, with just one bouquet are made in present days. The origin of the pattern is associated with Count Albert Apponyi, for whom this simplified version of “ Fleurs des Indes” was first prepared in 1931.
