Part of the 'Party at the Moontower & Dance Floor Riot' box sets that are rarely broken up and makes these a low edition rare print to buy as a single - 1 coulur screenprint on fine art paper - Edition of 150 - Signed and dated by the artist - Dimensions: 30 cm X 30 cm or like a 12 inch record cover - 2011 Stored flat and in perfect condition (see pictures) Will be sent flat and with full insurance The two box sets were created for the REVOLUTIONS show which ended in April 2011. Only 50 of each box set have been sold to the public. Each set was a limited edition of 150 and included 36 signed and numbered screen prints A major figure of the contemporary street art movement, Shepard Fairey rose to prominence in the early 1990s with his “Andre the Giant Has a Posse” campaign, which distributed posters, stickers, and murals featuring the eponymous wrestler around Providence, Rhode Island. Fairey’s iconic 2008 “Hope” campaign poster for President Barack Obama encapsulates a number of the artist’s recurring concerns, including propaganda, portraiture, and political power. Fairey’s work, which has sold for six figures at auction, can be found in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, and the National Portrait Gallery in Washington, D.C.
