If you want to keep a record of your receipts for the orders you have won at catawiki, you can find them under your orders page, under the paid tab. 

For desktop users

Find the order you want the receipt for, and you should see in the right hand side ‘Receipt & Invoice’ Clicking this will give you a drop down menu where you can click and view your receipt.

For App users

Find and click the order you are interested in getting the receipt for, and scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will see a button saying ‘View Invoices’. Click this and you are offered both an invoice and receipt to view.

It is also important to keep in mind that there is a clear difference between a receipt, a Catawiki invoice, and an invoice of your order.

• A receipt is designed to be a historical record of your transaction, and is not considered an invoice of your purchase.

• A Catawiki invoice is an invoice record of your commission fee for your order. 

If you want an invoice of your purchase, you will need to contact the seller of your order and request that they provide you with one, as the order transaction is between yourself as a buyer, and the seller of the object. Catawiki is not responsible for providing an invoice of this type.
