Ő a Hasselblad Masters, a World Masters Of Photography, a LensCulture, az Aesthetica, a Prix De La Photographie Paris stb. hallgatója, és 2021 óta tiszteletbeli zsűritag a FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS-nál.

Számos kiállításon vett részt a belgiumi Brüsszeli EURÓPAI PARLAMENT-ben, illetve Biennálékon és neves galériákban NYC-ben, Párizsban, Tokióban, Londonban, DUBA IBAN, Bécsben, Barcelonában, Münchenben, Kuala Lumpurban (Malajzia), Firenze, Frankfurt, Málaga (Spanyolország), Linz (Ausztria), Graz (Ausztria), Sienna (Olaszország) stb.

Legutóbbi beszerezése munkáinak a Svédországi Västra Götaland Kormányzata közszolgálati művészeti osztálya által történt. A közintézmények közül a legkülönlegesebb a bostoni Gyermekkórház az Amerikai Egyesült Államokban, amelynek bejáratánál 500 cm-es installációját helyezte el a Gyermekrák szárnyában.

Elena Paraskeva a Saatchi Art által a „Artists To Watch” közé választották.
