Hasselblad Masters, World Masters of Photography, Lensculture, Aesthetica, Prix De La Photographie Paris, Der Greif stb. alumni-ja, és az utóbbi 5 évben a FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS tiszteletbeli zsűritagjaként tevékenykedik.

Brüsszelben, az Európai Parlamentben, rangos galériákban és a New York-i, párizsi, tokiói, londoni, DUBAI, bécsi, barcelonai, müncheni, Kuala Lumpur-i (Malajzia), firenzei, frankfurti, málagai (Spanyolország), Linz (Ausztria), Graz (Austria), Siena (Olaszország) biennáléin állított ki.

Legutóbbi műtárgyának felvásárlását a svédföldi Västra Götalands Government Köz- és Művészeti Közigazgatása tette meg. Köz-, intézmények közül, amelyek őt tartják, a legkülönlegesebb a Boston Gyermekkórház az Amerikai Egyesült Államokban, amelynek bejáratánál a Gyermekrák-szárnyába 500 cm-es installációja található.

Elena Paraskeva-t a Saatchi Art azokat az „Artists To Watch” közé sorolta. Az IAA elnöke, az egyik legnagyobb művészeti szervezet nevezi „a fotóipar egyik legnagyobb tehetségének”.
