Striking abstract composition by the French-Mexican artist Nadine Prado. Executed in vibrant colors and bold geometric forms, the work reflects the artist’s modernist visual language and her connection to the international abstract art movement of the 1960s.
Born in Marseille to a French mother and a Mexican diplomat father, Nadine Prado studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris and exhibited internationally throughout her career. In 1964, she received a prestigious commission to create a mural for the National Museum of Anthropology in Mexico City.
This work is hand-signed, dated 1969, and numbered 126/170, making it a collectible limited-edition print from the artist's most sought-after period.
