Elena Paraskeva munkája nyilvános, intézményi és vállalati gyűjteményekben van; többek között a svéd Public Art Department (Västra Götaland Government), Boston Hospital USA (a gyermek onkológiai részlegének bejáratánál lévő 500 cm-es installáció), Australian National University, Thalassa Museum, Serif Corp és sok más gyűjtemény része.
Elena Paraskeva nemzetközi elismerésben részesült és számos díjat nyert a Hasselblad Masters, World Masters of Photography, LensCulture, Aesthetica, Prix de la Photographie Paris, International Photography Awards (IPA), Neutral Density Awards és sok más szervezet által. 2024/2023/2021/2018 évek Fotográfia ÉVÉNYÉNEK nevezte ki négy nemzetközi fotográfiai társaság.

Elena Paraskeva kiterjedt nemzetközi elismerést kapott a képzőművészeti fotózás, koncepcionális képalkotás és kortárs vizuális történetmesélés terén.

A Saatchi Art a „Artists To Watch” közé választotta. Az IAA elnöke őt a „fotóipar egyik legnagyobb tehetségének” nevezte. A Florida Museum of Photographic Arts kurátora szerint "lenyűgöző portfóliója és nagy szakértelme van a fényképészetben". Az Adobe leírta munkáját „csodálatos koncepcionális képeknek”, a ScanArt International pedig „a szürrealizmus és a koncepcionális narratívák mestere”-ként említette.
