AI-támogatott összefoglaló

Leírás az eladótól

Part of a select series of 2024 works on paper that remained in the studio after completion. Unreleased until now, this A3 painting on paper captures a specific unfiltered phase in the workspace. Offered directly by the artist in it’s original, pristine condition.

ARTIST PROFILE

NIKKE NAEME (1984) is a multidisciplinary artist from the Netherlands whose work delves deep into the human psyche and behavior - particularly its darker, more fragile sides. While formally restrained, the work holds a quiet emotional charge, engaging themes of human imperfection, doubt, vulnerability, and the fragile balance between control and exposure. Through an ongoing exploration of contrast, the work reveals a complex, dual character that calls perception itself into question.

NIKKE’s paintings are held in private collections around the world and are regularly exhibited in Amsterdam. His 2023 solo exhibition marked a defining moment in his career, strengthening his position within the contemporary art scene. After an intense period of high productivity and rapid growth, he has recently shifted his focus toward a slower, more deliberate creative process—producing fewer works, yet with greater depth and refinement. With a steadily expanding audience and a growing presence on Instagram, the reach and value of his work continue to rise. To date, more than a thousand of his works have entered private collections worldwide.
