The Deviants were one of the most uncompromising and influential bands to emerge from the British underground scene of the late 1960s.

Led by the charismatic and rebellious Mick Farren, the group combined psychedelic rock, garage energy, blues, proto-punk attitude and social provocation into a sound that was raw, confrontational and completely outside the mainstream.

Their music reflected the spirit of London’s counterculture: loud, restless, anti-establishment and deliberately unpredictable.
