If the winning bidder cancels or refuses delivery after shipment, they will bear all risks and costs associated with shipping, return shipping, and any return import duties incurred by the seller.


Note on customs clearance:
Depending on the country, customs clearance can sometimes take a little longer, and the carrier may ask you (as the importer) for some additional information, such as a tax ID, a copy of your ID, or a signed declaration. This is completely normal, and replying within 3 days is usually all it takes for a smooth delivery.

Buyers in Italy, please take extra care: Italian customs requests additional documents (such as the codice fiscale or a personal-use declaration) more often than other countries, so a prompt reply is particularly important there.

Please just keep in mind that once the free storage period (approx. 3 days) has passed, the carrier starts charging daily storage fees (DHL: approx. €7.00 per kg per day, 2 kg minimum), and these fees, like all import charges, are the buyer's responsibility — so a quick reply really pays off.
