It is a double album and consists of four extended tracks, each of which takes up one side of the record. The idea for the album came from Yes bassist Chris Squire and is based on Paramahansa Yogananda's book "Autobiography of a Yogi". The album takes the listener on a spiritual journey and explores various philosophical and mystical themes. The four main tracks on the album are: "The Revealing Science of God (Dance of the Dawn)": This track opens the album and deals with the theme of spiritual awakening and the search for enlightenment.
