Italian designer, Giuliano Fratti, who produced pieces for Dior and Chanel and many other Haute couture fashion houses. His pieces are hard to find and rarely come up for sale and we believe this piece to be museum quality. For it's age in good vintage condition with normal signs of use. In the '50s he worked with Chanel, Worth and Dior and later on in the '60s Pierre Cardin. After his relocation to New York he worked under his own name, using "GM" within a circle representing Giuliano Milano.
