Rectangular plaque carved on one side with the Apis bull, the other side with the Pharaoh and a lion. Pierced for suspension The Heb-Sed Festival was a celebration which honoured the king and revitalised him. It was held every thirty years of the king's reign in order to ensure he was still in harmony with the will of the gods and physically fit to rule Egypt.
