Ókori egyiptomi Ülő Ízisz és fia, Hórusz fajansz amulettje (Nincs minimálár)

Ancient Egyptian Faience Amulet of Seated Isis and her Son Horus Circa 664-30 BC, Late Dynastic to Ptolemaic Period This amulet, crafted from blue faience, depicts the goddess Isis seated on a throne, nursing her son, the infant god Horus. The amulet is perforated through, allowing it to be worn or attached. Isis, is one of the most important deities of the Egyptian pantheon. She is typically depicted as a woman wearing a throne-shaped headdress, symbolizing her role as a queen and mother. Isis was revered for her magical prowess, wisdom, and her role as a protective mother. She was the wife of Osiris, the god of the afterlife, and mother of Horus, the falcon-headed god associated with kingship and the sky. Horus is a major deity often represented with the head of a falcon, symbolizing his dominion over the sky. He was considered the divine embodiment of the pharaohs, with each reigning king viewed as a manifestation of Horus. He is particularly significant in the mythology surrounding the unification of Egypt and the establishment of order, as his battles against his uncle Set, the god of chaos and disorder, were symbolic of the struggle between order and chaos.
